Обобщаются соображения по предотвращению ухудшения состояния пациентов во время авиапутешествия на основе имеющихся данных, приводятся алгоритмы предварительной оценки рисков и подготовки пациентов с нарушениями ритма сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The increasing use of air transport by people with cardiovascular diseases, prone to problems associated with air travel, and require more attention during the entire journey.
