Приводится случай развития полной внутрипредсердной и межпредсердной блокады проведения, имитирующих полную атриовентрикулярную блокаду, при проведении радиочастотной аблации кавотрикуспидального перешейка, обсуждаются возможные причины развития нарушений атриовентрикулярного проведения при инвазивном лечении типичного трепетания предсердий.

A case report is given of development of the complete intra-atrial and inter-atrial blocks mimicking the total atrioventricular block during radiofrequency ablation of cavo-tricuspid isthmus; potential causes of development of atrioventricular blocks in the course of invasive treatment of typical atrial flutter are discussed.
