Рассматриваются причины низкой эффективности работы алгоритмов дифференциальной диагностики тахикардий с широкими комплексами QRS при их применении в повседневной клинической практике, обсуждаются пути повышения их чувствительности и специфичности.

The reasons for the low efficiency of algorithms for differential diagnostics of wide QRS tachycardia when applied in everyday clinical practice are examined, ways to increase their sensitivity and specificity are discussed.
