Представлен пример развития инцизионного трепетания предсердий у женщины с множественными дополнительными пучками через 12 лет после операции Сили и его эффективное устранение путём создания аблационной линии между рубцами в условиях электроанатомической навигации.

The case report is presented of development of incisional atrial flutter in a female patient with multiple accessory pathways 12years after the operation by Sealy and its effective elimination by creation of an ablative line between the scars with the use of electro anatomic navigation.
