Представлен случай успешного использования «гибридной терапии» (бета-блокаторы, постоянная физиологическая электрокардиостимуляция и аблация ганглионарных сплетений левого предсердия) в лечении фибрилляции предсердий у пациента с обструктивной гипертрофической кардиомиопатией и «бинодальной болезнью».

A case report is presented of the successful use of “hybrid therapy ” (β-blockers, permanent physiologic cardiac pacing, and ablation of ganglionary plexuses of the left atrium) for treatment of atrial fibrillation in a male patient with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and “bimodal disease” (sick sinus syndrome and atrio ventricular block).
