С целью оценки госпитальной летальности при тромболизисе и без его использования у лиц разного возраста и пола при остром инфаркте миокарда давностью не более 12 часов и частоты наружных разрывов миокарда в структуре смертности проведен ретроспективный анализ 643 историй болезни.

To assess the hospital lethality and incidence of external myocardial ruptures in patients with myocardial infarction of duration of less than 12 hours treated with thrombolysis and without it, the retrospective analysis of 643 hospital charts was carried out.
