С целью ретроспективного анализа безопасности проведения катетерных вмешательств по поводу фибрилляции предсердий на фоне одновременного применения пероральных антикоагулянтов в терапевтической дозе и внутривенного введения нефракционированного гепарина проанализированы результаты лечения 310 пациентов (58%мужчин), средний возраст которых составил 53,9±10,5 (19-75) лет.

To assess retrospectively the safety of catheter procedures for atrial fibrillation at the background of combined anticoagulant therapy, i.e. simultaneous use of both oral intake of anticoagulants in therapeutic doses and intravenous administration of non fractionated Heparin, the outcomes were studied in 310 patients aged 19-75 years.
