Представлено два случая трепетания предсердий с верифицированными циклами re-entry с правой и левой сторон межпредсердной перегородки, описаны характеристики поверхностной электрокардиограммы и указаны участки замедленного проведения, катетерные аблации в которых привели к купированию тахиаритмий.

Two case reports of atrial flutter with verified re entry circuits at the right and left sides of interatrial septum are given; surface ECG characteristics are described and areas of slow conduction are shown; linear catheter ablations of them led to successful recovery from tachyarrhythmias.
