Приведены результаты обследования и лечения 20-летнего больного с длительным анамнезом синкопальных состояний, у которого был диагностирован синдром короткого интервала QT, в ходе эндокардиального электрофизиологического исследования при программированной электрокардиостимуляции индуцирована фибриляция желудочков, что явилось основанием для имплантации кардиовертера-дефибриллятора.

The data of examination and treatment were given for a 20-year-old patient with the long history of syncope, in whom the short QT interval syndrome was observed and ventricular fibrillation was induced in the course of endocardial electrophysiological study during the programmed pacing, which was an indication to implantation of cardioverter-defibrillator.
