Приводится клиническое наблюдение пациентки с сочетанием нейрокардиогенных обмороков и височной эпилепсии, что потребовало не только имплантации двухкамерного электрокардиостимулятора с функцией Sudden Rate Response, но и назначения карбамазепина.

A clinical case report is presented of a female patient with combination of neurocardiogenic syncope and temporal lobe epilepsy, which required not only implantation of a dual chamber pacemaker with the Sudden Rate Responsefunction but the treatment with Carbamazepine.
