С целью выработки стратегии лечения больных с синдромом тахикардии-брадикардии обследованы 25 пациентов (18 мужчин), средний возраст которых составил 58,2±2,3 года; у 11 пациентов имплантация электрокардиостимулятора предшествовала радиочастотной изоляции устьев легочных вен, у 14 пациентов - потребовалась в раннем периоде после радиочастотной аблации.

To develop the management strategy for patients with tachycardia-bradycardia syndrome, 25 patients (18 men and 7 women) aged 58.2±2.3 years were examined; in 11 patients, radiofrequency isolation of the pulmonary vein ostia was preceded by cardiac pacemaker implantation; in 14 patients, pacemaker implantation was indicated shortly after radiofrequency ablation.
