С целью разработки оптимальной тактики лечения гнойных осложнениях в зоне имплантированного электрокардиостимулятора обследованы и пролечены 114 больных, у которых развились гнойные осложнения в зоне оперативного вмешательства, в том числе 78 больных после первичной имплантации и 36 - после смены системы стимуляции.

To develop an optimal strategy of treatment of suppurative complications in the areas of implanted pacemakers, 114 subjects with suppurative complications in the area of implantation including 78 patients after the initial pacemaker implantation and 36 patients after re implantation were examined and treated.
