Представлен исторический обзор основных клинических исследований, посвященных изучению эффектов сердечной ресинхронизирующей терапии в лечении хронической сердечной недостаточности, описан собственный опыт применения бивентрикулярных кардиостимуляторов.

A historical review of main clinical trials studying the effect of the cardiac resynchronization treatment for the chronic heart failure management is given; the authors’ experience in the biventricular cardiac pacemaker implantation is presented.
