Рассматриваются электрофизиологические механизмы, лежащие в основе изолированной фибрилляции предсердий, вопросы хирургического и интервенционного лечения пациентов, страдающих этим нарушением ритма.

Electrophysiological mechanisms which are in the basis of isolated atrial fibrillation as well as issues of surgical and interventional treatment of patients with the arrhythmia are considered.
