Представлен клинический случай перфорации катетером ушка левого предсердия во время выполнения антральной изоляции легочных вен у пациента с частичной левосторонней аплазией перикарда.

A case report is presented of the left auricle perforation during the antrum isolation ofpulmonary veins in a patient with partial left-side aplasia of the pericardium.
