Рассматриваются современные стратегии реанимационного пособия у больных с жизнеугрожающими тахиаритмиями, рекомендованные Европейским советом по реанимации в 2010 году, приводится пример проведения сердечно-легочной реанимации.

Up-to-date strategies of resuscitation in patients with life-threatening arrhythmias recommended by European Resuscitation Council in 2010 are considered; a case report of cardiopulmonary resuscitation conduct is presented.
