С целью изучения частоты рецидивирования и механизмов тахиаритмий после изоляции легочных вен у пациентов с анамнезом амиодарон-индуцированного тиреотоксикоза в сравнении с пациентами с рефрактерной к амиодарону фибрилляцией предсердий обследованы и прооперированы 51 пациент.

To study the frequency of recurrence and mechanisms of tachyarrhythmias developing after isolation ofpulmonary veins in patients with the history of Amiodarone-induced hyperthyroidism in comparison with patients with Amiodarone-resistant atrial fibrillation, 51 patients were examined and treated.
