Приводится клиническое наблюдение пациента с тахисистолической фибрилляцией предсердий, протекающей на фоне выраженной кардиомегалии, проводится дифференциальная диагностика аритмогенной и дилятационной кардиомиопатий, оцениваются результаты длительного лечения.

The clinical case report of a patient with tachysystolic atrial fibrillation at the background of considerable cardiomegaly is given, the differential diagnosis of arrhythmogenic and dilated cardiomyopathies is performed; the long-term outcome of the treatment is assessed.
