Приводится клиническое наблюдение ребенка 8 лет, у которого произошла отдаленная перфорация правого желудочка дефибриллирующим электродом, выявленная через 5 месяцев после имплантации.

A clinical case report of an 8 year old patient with deferred perforation of the right ventricle by the electrode of defibrillator revealed 5 months after the implantation is given.
