С целью оценки эффективности и безопасности применения двухкамерной предсердно-желудочковой электростимуляции сердца у больных, которым имплантацию выполнили на фоне продолжающегося пароксизма наджелудочковой тахиаритмии, обследованы 24 больных (10 мужчин) в возрасте 68,1±2,3 лет; контрольную группу составили 25 пациентов (11 мужчин) в возрасте 67,1±2,1 лет, страдающих пароксизмами наджелудочковых тахиаритмий, которым имплантацию выполнили на фоне синусового ритма.

To assess effectiveness and safety of dual-chamber pacing in patients during ongoing paroxysms of supraventricular tachyarrhythmias, 24 patients (10 men) aged 68.1±2.3 years were examined; control group consisted of 25 patients (11 men) aged 67.1±2.1 years in whom implantation was performed at the background of the sinus rhythm.
