С целью сравнительной оценки результатов изолированного аортокоронарного шунтирования и его сочетания с эпикардиальной имплантацией кардиоресинхронизирующих устройств обследованы и прооперированы 164 пациента с тяжелой сердечной недостаточностью и диссинхронией левого желудочка.

To compare the outcomes of aorto-coronary bypass grafting and its combination with implantation of cardiac resynchronization devices, 164 patients with severe heart failure and left ventricular dyssynchrony were examined and surgically treated.
