Приводятся результаты обследования и лечения пациентки, у которой в течение суток были зарегистрированы множественные эпизоды желудочковой тахикардии, переходившей в фибрилляцию желудочков, что потребовало проведения электрических кардиоверсий; обсуждаются проблемы лечения электрического шторма.

The results are given of assessment and treatment of a female patient, in whom repetitive episodes of ventricular tachycardia were documented within 24 hours with transition into ventricular fibrillation requiring repetitive electrical cardioversions; the problems of management of electrical storm are discussed.
