Приводится клиническое наблюдение больного с постинфарктным кардиосклерозом, страдающего приступами сердцебиения, вызывающими потери сознания, у которого в ходе эндокардиального электрофизиологи-ческого исследования использовалась методика entrainment картирования, что позволило выполнить радиочастотную катетерную аблацию re-entry желудочковой тахикардии.

A clinical case report is given of a patient with a history of myocardial infarction with episodes of palpitations leading to syncope, in whom, in the course of endocardial electrophysiological study, stimulation entrainment mapping was used, which permitted one to conduct radiofrequency catheter ablation of re-entry ventricular tachycardia.
