Приводятся результаты обследования пациента с первичным гиперальдостеронизмом и артериальной гипертензией, перенесшего ишемический инсульт, обсуждаются критерии выбора медикаментозной терапии.

The results are given of assessment of a patient with primary hyperaldosteronism and arterial hypertension with a history of ischemic stroke; the criteria of selection of medical treatment are discussed.
