Рассматриваются вопросы этиологии, классификации, электрофизиологических механизмов атипичного левопредсердного трепетания, современные методы инвазивной диагностики и подходы к интервенционному лечению данного нарушения ритма сердца.

The problems of etiology and classification, electrophysiological mechanisms of the left-atrialfibrillation, modern techniques of invasive diagnostics and approaches to the interventional treatment of this cardiac arrhythmia are considered.
