Представлен клинический пример успешной катетерной аблации трёх видов аритмий (желудочковая эктопия, типичное трепетание предсердий и «изолированная» фибрилляция предсердий) у молодой женщины; в условиях системы CARTO построена совмещённая 3D-реконструкция четырёх сердечных камер, после чего выполнена фокусная аблация в септальной части выходного отдела правого желудочка, аблация кавотрикуспидалъного перешейка и периостиалъная изоляция устьев лёгочных вен.

The clinical case report is presented of successful catheter ablation of three types of arrhythmia (ventricular ectopy, typical atrial flutter, and «isolated» atrial fibrillation) in a young female patient. Using the CARTO system, the combined three-dimensional reconstruction of four cardiac chambers was made followed by a focal ablation in the septal part of the right ventricle outflow tract, ablation of cavo-tricuspid isthmus, and peri-ostial isolation ofpulmonary vein ostia.
