Приводится пример успешной радиочастотной аблации типичной атриовентрикулярной узловой тахикардии с расположением «медленного» пути позади устья коронарного синуса у пациента с нарушенным антеградным проведением по «быстрому» и «медленному» путям.

A case of successful radiofrequency ablation of the typical atrio-ventricular nodal tachycardia with the «slow» pathway location behind the coronary sinus ostium in a patient with altered anterograde conduction through «fast» and «slow» pathways is presented.
