Представлен клинический случай успешной имплантации электрода с активным механизмом фиксации в пучок Гиса для постоянной физиологической стимуляции желудочков. Описаны техника операции и редкое интраоперационное осложнение (преходящее нарушение атриовентрикулярной проводимости).

Case of successful endocardial lead implantation into the His bundle position is presented. Technique and rare complication (transient atrioventricular block) are described.
