Рассматриваются возможности различных устройств для мониторирования электрокардиосигнала, включая имплантируемые устройства длительного мониторирования сердечного ритма, в выявлении фибрилляции предсердий, приводятся сведения о корреляции риска тромбоэмболических осложнений с частотой и длительностью пароксизмов, обремененностью аритмией.
