Межпредсердная блокада

Аннотация

Рассматриваются критерии диагностики межпредсердной блокады, проявляющейся на электрокардиограмме удлинением и изменением морфологии волны Р. Обсуждается прогностическое значение далеко зашедшей межпредсердной блокады как предиктора развития наджелудочковых аритмий и эмболического инсульта.
