Алгоритмы профилактики и лечения суправентрикулярной тахикардии у пациентов с имплантированными кардиостимуляторами: серия клинических случаев

Аннотация
Представлены 2 клинических случая предупреждения и купирования наджелудочковой тахикардии с использованием современных алгоритмов в электрокардиостимуляторах (ЭКС) последнего поколения у пациентов с брадиаритмиями и пароксизмальной формой фибрилляции предсердий (ФП). В первом клиническом случае у пациента за полгода не наблюдалось ни одного эпизода ФП. Во втором клиническом случае у пациента за 2 года не наблюдалось ни одного эпизода ФП длительностью более 1 минуты. Зафиксированы эпизоды купирования ФП алгоритмами антитахистимуляции. Данные клинические случаи демонстрируют эффективность современных алгоритмов в ЭКС последнего поколения для профилактики и купирования ФП.
