ЭЛЕКТРОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ВАРИАНТЫ ЯТРОГЕННОГО ТРЕПЕТАНИЯ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ ПОСЛЕ РАДИОЧАСТОТНОЙ АБЛАЦИИ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИИ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ
Аннотация
Представлены данные о вероятности возникновения, электрофизиологических и клинических вариантах атипичного трепетания предсердий в зависимости от дизайна исходной процедуры радиочастотной аблации фибрилляции предсердий, рассматриваются вопросы дифференциальной диагностики, картирования и катетерной аблации ятрогенного левопредсердного трепетания.
