ATRIO-FASCICULAR TRACT IN A FEMALE PEDIATRIC PATIENT WITH THE RIGHT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK

Abstract

The case report is presented of a 14-year-old female patient with Ebstein s disease with concomitant pre-excitation syndrome because of existence of two atrio-ventricular pathways and true atrio-fascicular Maheim tract, the latter being a substrate of both antidromic and orthodromic tachycardias.
