INTERRELATIONS BETWEEN INDICES OF AN ALTERED MYOCARIDAL PERFUSION, CLINICAL COURSE OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE, AND DEVELOPMENT OF PAROXYSMAL ATRIAL FIBRILLATION IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

Abstract

To assess the clinical course of chronic heart failure in patients after the acute coronary syndrome without stable ST segment elevation depending on the presence/absence of atrial fibrillation and the data of single-photon emission computed tomography, 50 patients (30 males and 20 females) aged 45 68 years (mean 54.1±6.2 years) were examined.
