HEMODYNAMIC SCENARIOS OF TILT-INDUCED SYNCOPE DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

Abstract

To study peculiarities of cerebral hypoperfusion as well as its interrelation with bradycardia and systemic hypotension in the course of neurocardiogenic syncope induced by the tilt-test, 44 patients (22 males and 22 females) aged 8 17 years (mean 14±2.4 years) with a history and syncope and pre syncope were assessed.
