ROLE OF ADENOSINE TRIPHOSPHATE IN THE DIAGNOSTICS OF ACCESSORY PATHWAYS WITH COMPLEX ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Abstract

The case report of examination and treatment is provided of a female patient with the Wolff Parkinson White syndrome, in whom the adenosine triphosphate test was used to reveal retrograde ventriculo-atrial conduction through an accessory pathway.
