INFLUENCE OF COMPLETE ATRIO VENTRICULAR BLOCK ON HEMODYNAMICS OF PATIENTS WITH INFERIOR MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION
Abstract
To assess the role of the complete atrio ventricular block in development of hemodynamic alterations in patients with the inferior myocardial infarction, 71 coronary patients with Q wave inferior myocardial infarctions and complete AV block including 52 patients with signs of hypopefusion and 19 patients without signs of acute heart failure were examined.
