GENDER EFFECT ON ANTITHROMBOTIC TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ATRIAL FIBRILLATION

Abstract

To study the gender effect on the peculiar features of antithrombotic therapy, 377 patients (213 women and 164 men) with chronic, persistent, or paroxysmal atrial fibrillation aged 27 89 years (mean 67.4±9.53 years) were examined.
