ROLE OF RADIOISOTOPE STUDIES IN ASSESSMENT OF EFFECTIVENESS OF CARDIAC RESYNCHRONIZATION THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

Abstract

To assess the influence of cardiac resynchronization therapy on hemodynamics, myocardial contractile function, and myocardial perfusion, 69patients (21 women, 48 men) aged55.4±8.3years (21 72years) with chronic heartfailure offunctional classes IIIIVby NYHA at the background of dilated (n=45) and ischemic (n=24) cardiomyopathy were examined.
