ФАКТОРЫ ВОСПАЛЕНИЯ И МАРКЕРЫ ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ МИОКАРДА ПРИ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИИ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ

С целью оценки уровня сывороточных интерлейкина 1/3, фактор некроза опухолей а, аутоантител к ткани сердца, маркеров повреждения миокарда, тропонина I и белка, связывающего жирные кислоты обследованы 83 пациента, страдающих ишемической болезнью сердца, в том числе 39 с пароксизмальной и 26 с хронической формой фибрилляции предсердий, а также 30 здоровых добровольцев.
