COMPOUND (-)-U-50,488 IMPROVES THE HEART TOLERANCE TO THE ARRHYTHMOGENIC EFFECT OF SHORT-TERM ISCHEMIA DUE TO ACTIVATION OF K1-OPIATE RECEPTORS

Abstract

To clarify the nature of the antiarrhythmic effect of U-50,488 in acute coronary occlusion and reperfusion modeled by the left coronary artery ligation, experiments were made on Wistar rats with body weight of 200-250 g narcotized with Ketamine (50 mg/kg intraperitoneally).
