COMBINESD TREATMENT OF PAROXYSMAL ATRIAL FIBRILLATION IN PATIENTS WITH MITRAL VALVE DISEASE: ANALYSIS OF LONG-TERM OUTCOMES
Abstract
To assess long-term outcomes of the left atrial modification of maze procedure as compared with pulmonary vein isolation after surgical treatment of paroxysmal atrialfibrillation conducted simultaneously with correction of mitral valve disease, 112 patients were assessed and surgically treated.
