BIVENTRICULAR PACING IN PATIENTS WITH PRESERVED LEFT VENTRICULAR EJECTION FRACTION AFTER RADIOFREQUENCY ABLATION OF ATRIOVENTRICULAR NODE IN A SERIES OF CLINICAL CASES

Abstract

To assess the clinical effect and dynamics of echocardiographic indices of diastolic and systolic left ventricular function after replacement of a pacemaker to a system for cardiac resynchronization therapy in patients with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction and symptoms of chronic heart failure at the background ofpermanent right ventricular pacing after radiofrequency ablation of atrioventricular node, three patients were examined.
