PACING IN THE SICK SINUS SYNDROME: FROM TREATMENT OF BRADYCARDIA TO PREVENTION OF ATRIAL FIBRILLATION

Abstract

The criteria of selection of the pacing regime and technique, as well as the model ofpacemaker in patients with the sick sinus syndrome depending on the state of the atrio-ventricular conduction and the risk of development of chronic atrial fibrillation were considered.
