Аннотация

Излагаются современные представления о механизмах инициации и поддержания фибрилляции предсердий, значении электр о анатомического картирования и спектрального анализа в выборе методики радиочастотной катетерной аблации у пациентов с пароксизмальной и персистирующей фибрилляцией предсердий.
