Расширенная катетерная аблация с минимальным использованием флюороскопии у пациента с фибрилляцией и трепетанием предсердий и сердечной недостаточностью

Аннотация
Представлен клинический случай хирургического лечения длительно персистирующей формы фибрилляции и трепетания предсердий методом криобаллонной аблации левого предсердия в сочетании с радиочастотной аблацией кавотрикуспидального перешейка без использования флюороскопии. Представлено наблюдение в динамике, оценено влияние на параметры ремоделирования сердца, а также изменение NT-proBNP в течение полугода после вмешательства.
