ОПЫТ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО НАБЛЮДЕНИЯ ЗА ПАЦИЕНТАМИ С СОЧЕТАННОЙ КАРДИОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ И НЕВРОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПАТОЛОГИЕЙ: ИННОВАЦИОННЫЙ ПОДХОД К ЛЕЧЕНИЮ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИИ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ

Аннотация

Приводится опыт обследования и лечения четырех пожилых полиморбидных пациентов с пароксизмальной, персистирующей и длительно персистирующей фибрилляцией предсердий, которым по поводу неврологической симптоматики, обусловленной диабетической нейропатией, был имплантирован нейростимулятор, что позволило сохранять синусовый ритм на протяжении 15 (от 12 до 18) месяцев наблюдения.
