CHOICE OF AN OPTIMAL TREATMENT APPROACH FOR ATRIAL FIBRILLATION IN A PATIENT WITH CARDIOMEGALY
Abstract
The clinical case report of a patient with tachysystolic atrial fibrillation at the background of considerable cardiomegaly is given, the differential diagnosis of arrhythmogenic and dilated cardiomyopathies is performed; the long-term outcome of the treatment is assessed.
