ОТДАЛЕННЫЕ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ РЕСИНХРОНИЗИРУЮЩЕЙ ТЕРАПИИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТЬЮ И СОПУТСТВУЮЩЕЙ ПОСТОЯННОЙ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИЕЙ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ

С целью оценки эффективности сердечной ресинхронизирующей терапии при хронической сердечной недостаточности и постоянной фибрилляции предсердий обследованы и прооперированы 90 пациентов, средний возраст которых составил 62,2±8,1 лет (90% - мужчины) с фракция выброса левого желудочка 28,8±5,6%.
