ПАРОКСИЗМАЛЬНАЯ БРАДИКАРДИЯ И АСИСТОЛИЯ У ДЕТЕЙ C АФФЕКТИВНО-РЕСПИРАТОРНЫМИ ПРИСТУПАМИ: ЕСТЕСТВЕННОЕ ТЕЧЕНИЕ, ПРОГНОЗ И ТАКТИКА ВЕДЕНИЯ
Аннотация
Обсуждаются вопросы этиологии, патогенеза и клинического течения аффективно-респираторных пароксизмов, приводится клиническое наблюдение девочки с аффективно-респираторными пароксизмами, сопровождавшимися эпизодами асистолии, продолжительностью до 40 секунд, потребовавшими имплантации постоянного электрокардиостимулятора.
